Your Ducting Partner Solution
Square Duct
We deliver more than just ductwork, we provide high performance solutions backed by rapid customization and technical expertise. Our commitment to rigorous quality control ensures your HVAC systems maintain peak operational efficiency for the long term.
Square Duct
Our Square Ducting solutions are engineered to withstand high static pressures and demanding airflow conditions. To ensure the structural integrity and airtight performance you expect, we subject our duct sections to rigorous pressure and stress tests during the development phase. In our dedicated ‘Product Validation’ facility, we use advanced test benches to simulate real-world HVAC environments, providing definitive proof that our square ducts meet the highest industry standards for leakage and durability.
T.D.F Mechanical Ducting
The Key TDF system is :
- Fast - It's fast to fabricate and install (flange is machine-rolled in one go).
- Super Airtight - Super airtight when sealed with gasket + mastic at corners.
- High Pressure Systems - Meets SMACNA standards for medium/high-pressure systems.
- Clean Install - Safer for installers (hem turned inside, no sharp edges).
L - Shape
How L-Shaped Elbows Work in Square Duct Systems
One of the most frequently used fittings in rectangular ductwork is the L-Shaped Elbow (also called 90 degree elbow or square elbow). It allows the duct to make a sharp 90° turn perfect when the duct needs to change direction to follow building layout, avoid obstacles, or branch into different zone
- Rectangular shape makes 90° turns much easier and cheaper to fabricate compared to round/spiral ducts.
- They fit perfectly in low ceilings and tight corners.
- We add turning vanes (curved blades inside) for high-velocity systems to reduce turbulence, pressure loss, and noise.
Four Piece
How Four Piece Elbows Work in Square Duct Systems
The Four Piece Elbow is a classic, high performance fitting for rectangular ducts. It consists of four separate flat panels (cheeks, throat, heel, and sometimes an outer wrapper) that are cut, folded, and assembled into a strong 90° turn.
- Better airflow control – Especially when fitted with turning vanes inside to guide air smoothly around the corner (reduces turbulence, pressure drop, and noise).
- Stronger construction – Assembled from four pieces for larger ducts or higher static pressure.
- Customizable – Easy to add radius, vanes, or reinforcements based on SMACNA standards.
- Common in commercial projects – Offices, malls, hospitals, and factories often use this for reliable performance.
